ABOUT CROSSFIT SANGO


Our mission at CrossFit Sango is to provide an environment conducive to meeting the fitness and health goals of all our athletes, whatever they may be. We understand this is a wide range of expectations in which we graciously accept the challenge. Our passion and dedication for the sport of CrossFit and its methodology helps drives our endeavor to extend the physical limitations of our athletes.

"Unfortunately the space allowed in this review isn’t enough to cover how much this gym has helped me. You go in planning to just get a good workout. Somewhere in there you become close friends with others and you look forward to the workouts no matter how hard they are. If you’re working out correctly, it sucks but this place and the members of this gym keep you smiling the whole time. The coaches are the absolute best and know every individual member and their goals. So, come in for a workout but be prepared for so much more."

"This place is where you want to be. First, the coaches will welcome you and help you no matter the skill level. I know this happens at a lot of gyms but the coaches here pride themselves in making a better you. Second, the other members will also welcome you. You will have members that push you, some you will want to catch, and others that will cheer you along your way. Third, the facilities are very nice and do not lack what you need for fitness programming. Finally, the owners take a simple idea of fitness and provide you programming and the example of how to succeed on your fitness journey. You will come for the workouts and stay for the community they have created."

"First off, I have not drank the CrossFit koolaid. I will say, however, that this is an AWESOME gym! I have zero self motivation to workout at a gym if I’m by myself.
The coaches here do a great job at ensuring:
1) you understand the exercises
2) understand the movements so you don’t hurt yourself
3) ways to scale the workout back based on your skill level
4) Motivating you to beyond what you think you’re capable of.
